Announcement of the 55th JAIF Annual Conference

JAIF is pleased to announce that its 55th Annual Conference, titled “Global Sustainable Development and Expectations for Nuclear Energy” will be held at the Tokyo International Forum (also available online) on April 12-13 this year. We cordially invite you to be part of the annual flagship event of the Japanese nuclear industry that has been in existence since 1968.

Nuclear power, as an established decarbonized power source, is an indispensable key player in achieving the global commitment to carbon neutrality by 2050, and a resilient and stable energy supply system necessary for sustainable socioeconomic development.

The 55th edition, through discussions among experts from various fields, will offer an opportunity to consider the business environment and challenges in order to maximize the capabilities and value of nuclear power as a major industrial technology and to make further contributions to climate change response and socioeconomic development.
