The 55th edition, through discussions among experts from various fields, will offer an opportunity to consider the business environment and challenges in order to maximize the capabilities and value of nuclear power as a major industrial technology and to make further contributions to climate change response and socioeconomic development. While OECD/NEA Director General William Magwood and TerraPower President & CEO Chris Levesque will take center stage in the Opening Session, several domestic and world-renowned experts such as IAEA’s Deputy Director General Lydie Evrard will join other sessions to tackle key issues surrounding the current nuclear industry.
