Registration Open for the 56th JAIF Annual Conference

JAIF is pleased to announce that the registration for the 56th Annual Conference is now open. This year’s conference, titled “Ensuring Energy Security and Maximizing Nuclear Power Utilization - Deepening Uses of Nuclear Power”, will be held on April 18-19 in Tokyo (also available online).

The 56th annual conference will introduce the trends of some countries with distinctive energy and nuclear policies amidst the turbulent international situation, and discuss with leaders of overseas nuclear industry associations the direction towards solving global issues such as energy security and meeting climate goals, as well as revitalizing the nuclear industry. By focusing on the potential of nuclear energy and its various purposes and forms of use with a view to achieving carbon neutrality by 2050, how to broaden and deepen the use of nuclear energy in the future will also be discussed.
