Last Chance to Attend the 57th JAIF Annual Conference

The 57th JAIF Annual Conference, titled “What should we do now? - Meeting expectations for nuclear power amidst new domestic and international trends: Deepening Uses of Nuclear Power”, will be held on April 9-10 in Tokyo (also available online). The registration deadline is April 4 (23:59 Japan time).

As the entire world stands at a critical crossroads in terms of energy security and climate change, the 57th JAIF annual conference will introduce examples of improving the business environment in countries promoting nuclear power policies.

Looking ahead to Japan’s 7th Strategic Energy Plan, the 57th conference, through discussions based on Japan’s “Future Nuclear Energy Policy Direction and Action Guidelines”, will provide an opportunity for not only Japan but also other countries to discuss the future of nuclear energy policy and the direction of solving challenges such as backend processes and strengthening of the human resources base which those countries commonly face.

Participation Fee:
JAIF Members: 55,000 JPY
Non JAIF Members: 110,000 JPY (tax included)
*Each paid participant from a JAIF member company/organization is entitled to COMPLIMENTARY registration of two young (under 36) or female colleagues.

Registered participants will be able to download presentation materials (available after April 5^th afternoon) and send questions to the speakers in advance on My Page. Please note that responses to all questions are not guaranteed due to time constraints.
